TITLE CLERK
The Title Clerk serves customers by facilitating and executing the title transfer and lien placement necessary for all RV and boat loans closed by My Financing USA. The position is also responsible for resolving titling issues and ensuring the most efficient timeline possible for all customers. Must be a great communicator, dependable, detail-oriented and adaptable/flexible. Needs to possess problem-solving skills, time management, conflictresolution and the ability to work independently.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Processes title transfers and files liens from the sale and financing of RVs and boats
- Ensures the collection of all documents required to transfer and file liens
- Interacts with customers, sellers and lenders to facilitate the collection of necessary documents
- Works with customers and regulatory agencies to procure accurate information and to resolve issues
- Communicates with customers over the phone to update the status of title work
- Maintains and updates knowledge of current title and lien requirements in various states
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School / GED graduate
- Proficient computer skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Finance, banking or dealership knowledge base a plus
