My Financing USA: $500 Gift Card Photo Contest Official Rulesfficial Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

The “My Financing USA: $500 Gift Card Photo Contest” (the “Contest”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of My Financing USA, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible. The Contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Entry constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding.

2. Sponsor

The Contest is sponsored by My Financing USA, located at 101 South 5th Street, Suite 2900, Louisville, KY 40202 (the “Sponsor”).

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Contest begins on May 6, 2025 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on May 30, 2025 at 5:00 PM ET (the “Contest Period”). Sponsor’s server is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Contest, participants must complete the following during the Contest Period:

  • SEND a direct message (DM) to @myfinancingusa on Instagram containing one (1) original photo related to travel, road trips, RVs, boating, or summer adventures.
  • INCLUDE your first and last name in the DM.
  • FOLLOW @myfinancingusa on Instagram.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple submissions from the same user will be disqualified unless otherwise specified by the Sponsor in bonus entry promotions. Photos must be the original work of the entrant.

Automated Entries Prohibited: Use of bots, fake accounts, or automated commenting tools is strictly prohibited. Any entrant found using such methods will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to remove any fraudulent entries and block users who violate these rules.

5. Grant of Rights

By submitting a photo, each entrant grants Sponsor and its designees a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display the submitted content in any media now known or hereafter developed, for promotional or marketing purposes, including but not limited to use on Sponsor’s social media, website, advertisements, and print materials, regardless of whether the entrant wins the Contest. Entrants waive any moral rights to their submitted content.

6. Judging Criteria & Winner Selection

All eligible entries will be reviewed and judged by the Sponsor based. Rulings are final.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified via Instagram direct message by @myfinancingusa on or about June 2, 2025. The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If no response is received, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $500 Visa gift card. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

9. Publicity

By participating, entrants agree that Sponsor may use their name, username, likeness, submitted photo, and social media handle for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the process. Sponsor may disqualify anyone tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.

11. Release & Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless My Financing USA, its affiliates, and respective officers, directors, and employees from any liability arising out of participation in the Contest or use of the prize.

12. Disputes

All disputes related to the Contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, in the courts of Jefferson County, Kentucky.

13. Privacy Policy

14. Winner Announcement

The winner will be publicly announced on My Financing USA’s Instagram and Facebook pages after confirmation. This is expected to occur in early June 2025.
