Summer Bucket List: Floating Flame Giveaway

OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

This "My Financing USA: Summer Bucket List — Floating Flame Giveaway" (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, and directors of My Financing USA, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or household members are not eligible to enter or win.

Participation constitutes each entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by My Financing USA, located at 101 South 5th Street, Suite 2900, Louisville, Kentucky 40202 ("Sponsor").

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on June 25, 2026 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on July 4, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's server is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes. All entries must be received during the Promotion Period to be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Sweepstakes, participants must complete all of the following steps on Instagram or Facebook during the Promotion Period:

LIKE one of the official giveaway post(s) on My Financing USA's Instagram or Facebook page.
COMMENT on one of the giveaway post(s) describing something on your summer bucket list AND TAG one (1) friend in the same comment.
FOLLOW My Financing USA's official page on Instagram or Facebook.

Entries from both platforms will be pooled together, and one (1) winner will be selected from all eligible entries received across both platforms combined.

Bonus Entries: Each additional unique comment (with a tagged friend) will count as one (1) additional entry. There is no limit to the number of bonus entries per entrant; however, spamming, duplicate comments, or entries made using automated methods will result in disqualification.

Limit: All entries by a single entrant must be made from a single, authentic social media account. Multiple accounts used by one individual to gain additional entries will result in disqualification of all such entries.

Automated Entries Prohibited: Use of bots, scripts, fake accounts, or any automated or mechanical entry method is strictly prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant and remove any entries suspected of using such methods, and to block users who violate these Rules.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will take place on or about July 6, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified via direct message from My Financing USA's official Instagram account (@myfinancingusa) or Facebook page. The potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

Prior to prize award, the potential winner will be required to provide valid government-issued photo identification and confirm eligibility, including age verification. Failure to satisfy these requirements within the required timeframe will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) Floating Flame Portable Fire Pit (approximate retail value: $1,199.00 USD) (the "Prize").

The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash equivalent. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

The Prize will be shipped to the winner at the address provided upon claiming. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, undeliverable, or damaged shipments. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and reporting obligations associated with receipt of the Prize.

7. No Affiliation with Floating Flame

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Floating Flame or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, or representatives. The Floating Flame name, brand, and product are the property of their respective owners. All references to Floating Flame herein are solely for the purpose of identifying the Prize being offered. By participating, entrants release Floating Flame and all of its affiliates from any and all liability related to this Sweepstakes.

8. Prize Safety Disclaimer — Use at Your Own Risk

THE FLOATING FLAME PORTABLE FIRE PIT IS A PROPANE-POWERED, OPEN-FLAME PRODUCT INTENDED EXCLUSIVELY FOR OUTDOOR USE. THE PRIZE IS AWARDED "AS IS," WITH NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR SAFETY.

BY ACCEPTING THE PRIZE, THE WINNER EXPRESSLY ASSUMES ALL RISK AND LIABILITY — INCLUDING RISK OF PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, ILLNESS, DEATH, OR ANY OTHER LOSS — ASSOCIATED WITH THE POSSESSION, TRANSPORTATION, STORAGE, AND USE OF THE PRIZE.

Winner agrees to:

Use the product strictly in accordance with all manufacturer instructions, warnings, and safety guidelines included with the product and available at floatingflame.com.
Never use the product indoors, in enclosed or partially enclosed spaces, in tents, on vessels not designed for open-flame use, or in any manner not expressly permitted by the manufacturer.
Keep the product away from flammable materials, structures, children, and animals during use.
Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations governing open flames, propane, and outdoor burning, including any applicable U.S. Coast Guard or state marine regulations if used in a waterfront or marine environment.
Inspect the product before each use and discontinue use immediately if any damage, malfunction, or gas leak is detected.

MY FINANCING USA EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY, ILLNESS, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER LOSS OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE WINNER'S — OR ANY THIRD PARTY'S — USE, MISUSE, OR POSSESSION OF THE PRIZE. THIS DISCLAIMER APPLIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or Facebook. By participating, entrants release Instagram, Meta, and Facebook from any and all liability related to this Sweepstakes. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to My Financing USA, not to any social media platform.

10. Publicity

By entering the Sweepstakes, participants grant Sponsor a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use their name, username, likeness, city of residence, and social media handle for promotional and advertising purposes in any media, without further compensation, notice, or approval, except where prohibited by applicable law.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, terminate, or modify the Sweepstakes at any time, with or without notice, in the event of fraud, technical failures, errors, or any other factor or event that, in Sponsor's sole judgment, impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who: (a) tampers with the entry process; (b) acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; (c) violates these Official Rules; or (d) attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes in any way. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Release & Limitations of Liability

BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS MY FINANCING USA, ITS PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUCCESSORS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS' FEES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO: (A) PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES; (B) RECEIPT, ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE; OR (C) ANY BREACH OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SPONSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE OF THE PRIZE STATED HEREIN.

13. Disputes

Except where prohibited by law, each entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or related to the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred; and (c) under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without giving effect to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings arising out of this Sweepstakes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of Jefferson County, Kentucky, and each entrant hereby consents to the jurisdiction of such courts.

14. Privacy Policy

Any personal information collected from entrants in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used solely for administration of the Sweepstakes and in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.myfinancingusa.com/privacy-policy/. Entrants' information will not be sold to third parties except as required to administer the Sweepstakes.

15. Winner Announcement

The winner's first name and last initial will be publicly announced on My Financing USA's Facebook and Instagram pages following initial notification and confirmation of eligibility. To obtain the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to My Financing USA, 101 South 5th Street, Suite 2900, Louisville, KY 40202, Attn: Floating Flame Giveaway Winner, within sixty (60) days following the close of the Promotion Period.
